
• Develop and implement national sales strategy for IVD and Molecular Diagnostics portfolios.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion across India.
• Strengthen relationships with diagnostic chains, hospitals, laboratories, and institutional customers.
• Identify and secure large tenders and strategic business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers nationwide.
• Set KPIs, conduct regular sales reviews, and ensure target achievement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for product positioning and launches.
• Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback to leadership.
• Prepare national sales forecasts, budgets, and monitor performance metrics. Candidate Profile :
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in IVD and Molecular Diagnostics industry.
• Strong exposure to Immunoassay / CLIA / Clinical Chemistry / Hematology and Molecular Diagnostics (PCR, RT-PCR, etc.).
• Minimum 5+ years in a national leadership and Team Management role.
• Strong industry network across India.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic execution skills.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Pharmacy;
